Blind Tiger Spirit-Free Cocktails

Blind Tiger Spirit-Free Cocktails Prohibition style pours made for the modern drinker. All-natural & award winning non-alc cocktails.

Blind Tiger is named for speakeasies during the Prohibition-era. The custom of illegal drinking establishments were to display stuffed tigers to alert potential patrons to the availability of illicit alcohol after hours. The “tigers” were “blind” because the authorities, at least officially, did not know they existed.

I’m incredibly fortunate to have so much support from this team—and always appreciate the opportunity to talk about what we’re building.

One of Royal Caribbean's most loyal cruisers — and, lucky for us, a pretty wonderful supporter of Blind Tiger — PG Cruiser- created this 3D-printed Blind Tiger completely from scratch.

He made TWO of them. And this little guy alone took 13 hours to print. 😳

The sunglasses. The tongue. The stripes. I mean… COME ON. 😂

And here’s the really fun part: Royal Caribbean passengers might just find these two tigers aboard a future sailing. MIGHT.👀🚢

Thank you PG for being a supporter of us since we came aboard. :)

Big thanks to Neiman's Family Market for giving Blind Tiger some great escape space this weekend.
And an even bigger shoutout to Stevon Rendon , who spent a few hours introducing new customers to Blind Tiger and moved 13 four-packs in 60 minutes. 👏
Great placement gets noticed.
Sampling gets people to understand the product.
One customer at a time. 🐯

Golf, cocktails, and a little Prohibition history. ⛳️🐯
Blind Tiger was thrilled to be part of the spouses’ golf outing during the Men’s Invitational at Grosse Ile Golf & Country Club in Michigan.
And here’s a fun little coincidence: GIGCC was established in 1919 — the very same year Prohibition began.
Coincidence? We think the Blind Tiger was meant to be there.
A huge thank you to Grosse Ile for including us, to Stevon Rendon for repping the good word of Blind Tiger all over Michigan, and to Imperial Beverage for carrying us and helping get these tigers into glasses across the state.

I’m going to brag about this one a little. 🥃🏆
Our Blind Tiger Manhattan just received a Double Gold from Chilled Media, with an overall score of 90. As a respected industry publication speaking directly to bartenders, beverage professionals and the people shaping what gets poured behind the bar, this one means a lot to us. Our Manhattan was really our first spirit-forward beverage and it's unlike our others (though our others are delicious for different reasons. of course. 🤣).
But what I loved most was why the judges scored it so highly (TL;DR)

Visual Clarity & Appearance: 9.5 - Displays a rich, deep reddish-brown to eye-catching deep red cranberry color.
Aromatics (Nose): 8.5 - earthy, herbal aroma led by light cooked cherry, and baking spices.
Initial Palate (Entry): 8.8 - Opens with a light, herbaceous taste featuring clove, anise, mint, and cherry without any burn.
Mid-Palate & Texture (Mouthfeel): 8.9 - Smooth and light on the palate, offering a subtle tea-like texture with notes of steeped, stewed fruit and gentle spice.
Flavor Complexity & Depth: 9.4 - Delivers a complex combination of lingering flavors, leaning heavily into warm baking spices alongside subtle fruit.
Alcohol / Non-Alcohol Integration (Balance): 9.1 - Well-balanced overall. Spice notes take the lead over fruit while remaining approachable and smooth.
The Finish (Aftertaste): 9.3 - Finishes impressively long and prolonged, allowing beautiful spice and herbaceous notes to linger pleasantly.
Varietal / Style Accuracy: 8.8 - Represents the non-alcoholic RTD category very nicely with its complex spice-driven formulation.
Overall Impression, Value & Packaging: 9.3 - Housed in colorful, vibrant, and fun packaging, this 4-pack delivers solid consumer value and standout shelf appeal

Because THIS IS exactly what we set out to do with Blind Tiger: create a cocktail that happens to be non-alcoholic — one with the complexity, depth and experience you expect from the real thing.

There are marketing ideas… and then there are marketing ideas that make you wonder why you didn’t do them five years ago.
We have a group working on bringing our Blind Tiger mascot to life, and I’be been obsessed with this concept from the first day they showed me.
Can you imagine this guy showing up anywhere Blind Tiger is served? A retailer? A trade show? Behind a bar?
A cruise ship?? 😂
Just casually strolling around in a tuxedo like this is completely normal.
This is not the final concept — just a little teaser as we work through what he’ll ultimately look like and, more importantly, what kind of personality he’s going to have.
And I’ve already thought of approximately 4,000 places I want him to be.
It’s amazing what you can do with money and someone willing to be a tiger.
I currently have neither.
But we’re working on it. 😂🐯

Our Blind Tiger ducks are now on their fifth sailing excursion. This time they made it aboard Royal Caribbean - Ovation of the Seas Alaska — and apparently decided simply being on the ship wasn’t enough.
They needed top billing.
So naturally, they climbed onto the Boleros sign. 😂🦆
And the Pesky Parrot, and a little gambling at the casino, alongside receiving some VIP treatment. One might say they had a very productive cruise. And we are grateful for their caretakers. ;)

Every speakeasy needs a trusted joint... and we’re lucky to have found one of ours. 🍸
Over the past year+ Bay House Oyster Bar hasn’t just added Blind Tiger to the menu—they’ve continued to believe in us, building our presence one cocktail at a time.
Today, we’re incredibly grateful to be featured in three signature cocktails, including our Southside Mojito, Sidecar Mimosa, and this beauty...
DIRTY CARAMEL MANHATTAN
Blind Tiger Manhattan • Caramel • Grenadine • Luxardo Cherry • Orange Peel
It’s rich, smooth, and full of classic character—proof that a great cocktail doesn’t need alcohol to feel right at home behind the bar.
As they’d say during Prohibition, the password may change, but good company never does.
To the entire Bay House team: thank you for championing Blind Tiger and for continuing to create amazing cocktails with our products. Partners like you are why small brands like ours keep growing.
If you’re in the area, stop in and tell ‘em Blind Tiger sent ya’. 🥂
