Klein Plating is pleased to recognize a significant yearly anniversary this month:

Bill Zacherl is celebrating 37 years with KPW! Initially a Plater with the Production Team, Bill progressed into being a Shift Supervisor and the Rack Auto Team Leader. During his time in Production, Bill led a very efficient crew that delivered consistent optimal results and quality. In his current role, Bill offers invaluable support to the Lab Supervisor with maintaining the chemistry in our baths, adherence to chemical safety, and more. Notably, Bill has maintained an exemplary attendance record as well as demonstrating his commitment to being a team player, readily assisting in both Production and Lab as needed. In his personal time, Bill enjoys going to Sea Wolves games with his wife, relaxing with his cat, and rocking out to the Grateful Dead.

Micheline Barton, HR. Micheline is a meticulous and responsible person who always pays attention to every detail, making her an excellent Human Resources representative and Safety Committee Leader. In her free time, she loves spending quality time traveling with her husband, kids, and dogs.

Kyle Gavin, Maintenance. Kyle is a new member of the Maintenance Team. He is driven by a passion for learning and a proactive approach to tackling new projects. Kyle enjoys being in the Great Outdoors and attempting extreme sports as well as spending time relaxing with his cat, Mishka.

Joshua Peters, Maintenance. Joshua is the newest member of the Maintenance Team. He possesses a lot of experience and a diligent work ethic. Joshua enjoys taking motorcycle rides, hunting, and spending time with his grandkids.

Join us in celebrating the August Employee of the Month, Jacob Slaughter!

Jacob started his career at Klein in the Packaging department, wrapping and banding parts before shifting to Production, where he has proven himself to be a very valuable asset to the team. Jacob possesses the rare ability to develop systems, teach, and lead. He is a fast learner who has taken ownership of his position, area, and continues to put the effort in to improve efficiency however he can. Jacob is genial gentleman that can always be depended upon. Outside of Klein, Jacob loves to spend time with his wife and working on different personal projects.

Let's give a hand to the following employees on their annual date:

Jacob Slaughter, Production. Jacob just completed his first year at Klein! He started in Packaging before shifting to Production where he has thrived assisting getting parts ready to plate and working with the rest of the plating team. Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife, working on computers, and building a 70s Ford Mustang.

Brandon Hodapp, Production Line Supervisor. Brandon has been with KPW 19 years! He is an excellent leader of our Aluminum Line and consistently produces quality work as well as maintains pace. Brandon enjoys jamming with his band and exploring the great outdoors.

James Winger, Production. James is rounding off 3 years with Klein. He has worked in many different departments and always is willing to lend a hand. He is industrious and his close eye to detail ensures first-rate finished products. James enjoys relaxing at home.

Sandy Zewe, Quality Supervisor. Sandy is going on 18 years with Klein! She ensures all products meet quality standards and leads her team efficiently. Sandy is kind, sociable, and hardworking. Outside of Klein, Sandy enjoys spending time with her friends and trying new things.

Brandon Standon, Waste Treatment. Brandon has been with KPW for 3 years now. He assists Production by maintaining all systems, the Lab with chemistry, and ensures all wastewater is within compliance. Brandon is quiet and loves to bring smiles to the crews faces with jokes.

Alicia Castorena, our Billing Specialist, has been with Klein for 2 years. She is always willing to assist in other departments where feasible and working hard. Alicia loves trying new things and spending time with her daughter.

Britnee King, Sales Assistant. Britnee has hit her 5-year mark! She is dedicated to her customers and ensures all quotes are processed in a timely manner. Britnee is vivacious, tenacious, and enthusiastic. She loves spending time with her husband and children.

Emily Scott, Lab Supervisor. Emily is going on her 3rd year with KPW. She has been amazing at maintaining all chemistry in the building and supporting the needs of Production. Emily is gracious and friendly. She enjoys wedding planning and spending time with her cats.

John Fuller, Production Manager. John is sliding into his 12th year at Klein. He is a hardworking leader who ensures that his new employees have every resource for training while assisting his current team with keeping production moving. John enjoys traveling with friends and experiencing new culinary adventures.

Sandy Zewe, Quality Supervisor. Sandy is a dedicated leader for the Quality crew. She is friendly, delightful, and works well with others. Sandy enjoys bartending, modeling, and relaxing with friends.

Chad Altimus, Shipping. Chad is an excellent backup to the Supervisor and is always ready to step up as needed. He is capable, respectable, and hardworking. Chad loves spending time with his wife horseback riding.

Dominic Webber, Production. Dominic is a Plater who also assists with preparation. He ensures top notch quality and is not afraid to assist when needed to keep production flowing. Dominic is quiet and friendly. He loves to ride motorcycles in his free time.

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Kyleigh Robinson! 🥳

Kyleigh has been with Klein for almost 2 years now in our Quality Department. She has dedicated herself to training and has become a very valuable member to the team. Kyleigh is extremely dependable and always willing to ask questions. She works very well within the Quality Team as well as individual tasks. One of Kyleigh's strong suits is her positive attitude that she consistently brings to work. She keeps calm, focused, and unruffled in this fast-paced environment. Outside of work, Kyleigh bartends and enjoys quiet time at home.
