I’m Nga Rastatter, the owner of Saigon Nights.

We started this restaurant with one simple goal — to bring authentic Vietnamese flavors to Erie and create a place where people feel at home the moment they walk in.

Every dish is made with care, fresh ingredients, and traditional recipes from Vietnam — from a warm, comforting bowl of pho to flavorful homemade dishes.

What makes me happiest is seeing first-time guests become regulars. That’s the best compliment we could ever receive.
