Is was warming to see familar faces who have tried our Catering before or know our Butcher Shop!

To the comment that told us, you probably hear this all the time, but our whole entire table is saying this is the best Wedding Food we have ever had!!

Its pretty cool I get to do what I love while others enjoy it as well!

Last minute changes, but its exciting!!

We will need to close today, Thursday.

Friday the 7th of August, we will have a Peruvian Menu instead of BBQ.

Peruvian Cuisine is something we would like to share and this is the time to support us!

The Peruvian family is here, and Mama Horte wants to cook everyone her signature dish!!

Pachamanca! She uses a special marinade with black mint and Peruvian spices, and cooks Pork, Chicken, Sweet Potato, Corn, and Edamame until soft and tender!

We will also have Butifarra. Our house made Peruvian Country Ham, Salsa Criolla, Potato Strings and Peruvian Aioli on a Ciabatta Roll
