♾️ NEW BEER RELEASE ♾️

Bringing you the third Iteration in our pursuit of New England Style Pale Ale, Perpetual Iteration #3!

This Iteration features yet another different yeast strain, and built on a slightly tweaked but still heavily adjuncted grain bill. This batch was Dry Hopped with Citra Cryo, Eggers Hops Nelson, NZ Cascade, and Elani for those familiar balanced NZ/PNW vibes.

This one clocks in at an even 5% ABV and presents with an especially dense haze for its stature. Pouring with an opaque bright haze that highlights all the NZ juicy notes of bright tangy grapefruit, candied lime, and white grape undertones, with some fresh resin on the finish. We like it (a lot), but you can count on more Iterations to come!

In anticipation of the big day and as Celebrate Erie kicks off we bring you this Lavery Classic to help fuel your festivities!

814 Pil-sner, 5.4% ABV, West Coast Style Pilsner. A lean Pilsner grain bill, a massive whirlpool addition of Citra, a clean lager fermentation, and a dry hop of Citra Cryo and even more Citra!

Drinks with a more assertive hop character than your standard hoppy lager, but not quite what you’d expect from a West Coast IPA. 814 retains its Pilsner like body and dry crisp drinkability with some left coast dank to keep you entertained. When you’re in need of some crisp hop refreshment call 814-Pil-sner!

Head down for a proper pint to commemorate the day or grab cans to go for your Celebrate Erie weekend festivities!

🍺 NEW BEER RELEASE 🍺

The return of a Lavs Family favorite… Lavery Lager, a culmination of the dedication, passion, and hard work the team here brings everyday.

This 4.5% Czech-Style Pale Lager starts from the ground up with a soft water profile that lays the canvas for a 100% Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner grain bill. This Czech derived barley was kilned traditionally in an original floor malting facility in the Czech Republic. It is then copiously layered in the boil with 100% Czech grown Saaz hops that we seemingly can never pack in enough of.

After a low and slow fermentation it was properly lagered for an extended period, and finally finished off with a delicate carbonation process to further accentuate the soft water profile and nuanced hops.

All of this gives way to a soft and smooth mouthfeel, with a backbone of biscuity malt, and snappy, floral, spicy Saaz. Pristine clarity, sharp effervescence, and immense drinkable. Brewed with intention, it is a true favorite, and one that the entire Lavs family is proud of.

The next rendition in our Jonesin’ sour series, where we bring you iconic combinations of fruits and fun ingredients. This run is built around those Orange Creamsicle vibes that everyone’s been Jonesin’ for.

Built on our full bodied Sour base and loaded to the brim with Tangerine, Orange, and Blood Orange purées, then finally pushed to the limit with creamy Marshmallow. Pours a bright orange color with a silky mouthfeel that is lactose free! Vibrant tangy orange notes are balanced by a sweet creaminess for a straight up Orange Julius like drinking experience. Reminiscent of ice cream truck Orange Creamsicle pops that will have you Jonesin’ for more!

☄️ NEW BEER RELEASE ☄️

The return of Dire Circumstances, 7% ABV, DDH New England Style IPA. Built on an absurd amount of adjuncts in the grain bill for an extra light fluffy body. The star of this show is Crosby Hops Estate Grown Comet, we rubbed these again when we were out at CBC this year and knew we had to bring this brew back! This year we upped the ante by incorporating the concentrated CGX form along with the standard T-90 hop pellets, and again paired it up with some Belma and Citra Cryo for a unique yet familiar profile. Big green melon vibes with whispers of strawberry, and fresh floral notes, with some resinous undertones and rounded dankness.
