How many times have you bought a whole bunch of celery just for a recipe that only needs 2 or 3 stalks? The rest sits in your fridge until it becomes soft and sad and then goes in the garbage. The solution? Grow your own! This is our first year growing it in our garden and we wish we had done so sooner!
