I don’t care who your co-op is or who you ship your milk through on days like today, thank your milk truck driver 🚚

They’re the ones making sure milk gets picked up and operations keep moving, working overtime right alongside farmers and driving in tough conditions to get the job done!!

Our milk is usually picked up every morning between 10–11 AM, after today’s brutal temps and storm. We are so grateful to see the truck pull up this evening for our daily pick up and……special shout out to Town of Nelson for getting the roads, plowed and taking caution when passing the farm as always.!

We’re especially grateful for Earl T. Wadhams Trucking for keeping our farm moving. 🥛🤍

This season, we’re especially grateful. Yesterday, one of our long-time customers—now a true friend of our family—headed home with a full cow. Relationships like this are what make our work so meaningful, and it’s truly an honor to provide such an exquisite product to families who trust us year after year.

Over the past week, we’ve also had the joy of delivering Christmas roasts, prime rib, and tenderloin to help make holiday meals extra special. Knowing our beef is part of your celebrations is something we never take for granted.

Two full blood wagyus processed and sold last month to some very happy customers! 🥩

Next round will be available just before Christmas 🎄

We currently have one half cow available — or it can be split into two quarter orders!

If you choose the half, you’ll have the option to include premium cuts like a prime rib roast and a whole tenderloin. Half orders come with a fully customized cut sheet, tailored exactly to your family’s needs.

Not sure how to fill out a cut sheet? No worries — we offer a free one-on-one consultation to walk you through every option so you get the most out of your beef.

We’ve got one beautiful half beef ready to go — usually priced at $4,250, but letting this one go for $3,800! 🔥

This half does not include the petite fillets, but don’t worry — you’re still getting plenty of incredible, well-marbled cuts. The only bone-in steaks are two bone-in ribeyes, and everything else is there:
