Crimson Crisp 🍎 How Beautiful is that 💖❤
How's the crop this year? I know last year was tough for you. I'm hoping this year is a much better situation for our favorite apple orchard.
Are macouns ready yet?
how much are your apples? do you deliver to Erin?
Patty Robinson post:
For approximately 30 years, we have gone apple picking – it’s a family tradition. Several generations of families purchase bushels of apples, cider, baked goods and wine (usually $500 worth). A few years ago, we decided to go to StoneyRidge Orchard; it is close to us and we wanted to support a local business. Yesterday my family made their annual trip. The apples that we like to pick are up a hill, maybe a ½ mile walk. In the past we were able to get my 90-year-old mother a ride to the top of the hill so she can enjoy the tradition with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Yesterday the owner refused to give her a ride. In fact, he rudely asked why a 90-year-old would even be picking apples. I would think that a more appropriate statement would be “Isn’t that wonderful that your family has had this tradition for so long and that your mother is still able to go. We would be more than happy to give her a ride.” Well sir, you will NOT have to worry about it in the future. Not only will I never set foot on your property again, I will not recommend you to anyone. But on the bright side you won’t have to bother yourselves with giving my Mom a five-minute ride because we won’t be supporting your business again.
What time can u pick apples and is there a age limt to be in field picking
We had a blast apples will be enjoyed thanks
Hi StoneyRidge! Can you tell me where we will be able to find a schedule of the different apples and when the picking times are?
Hope they are open tomorrow, anyone know there hours.
