It was a family affair this year with myself, Eric Schroeter, and Emily Schroeter knocking down some 90 acres of fields this year. Putting the tractor to work with Eve's Cidery lending us their monster brushhog and having the ever talented Ronnie Combs lending his knowledge and skills in keeping everything fixed and working!

Anyone ever looking for a mechanic he is THE MAN, let me know and I can put in contact with him...seriously small engines, vehicles, farm equipment.

And huge shout out to Ross Temple with Diesel Daycare for helping me understand our New Holland and for working on ours and our neighbors machines as well

I LOVE this community!

Gooood Morning folks, what an absolutely stunning day we have on our hands!

You can find our goods out and about town this weekend. Just dropped of a bunch of goods over at Wetlands Brewery for their coffee bar. You can expect to find Apple Turnovers, Cinnamon Buns, Various Scones, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Old School Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. Just enjoyed a Latte and London Fog...OMG sooo good!

Next dropoff is over at True North Market • Erin, NY where they have Emily's utterly delicious all butter crust apple pies, cinnamon buns as single treats or 4 packs for the fam. Coming in with a variety of jams as well (Blueberry, Blood Orange, Peach Ginger etc). Got my eyes on their beautiful candles, and might need a seasonal flower decoration for our front steps.

Fall is in the air, Leaves are changing, and you this is your call to get out and enjoy this beautiful region we all call home. Have a wonderful day

Something tasty just hit True North Market • Erin, NY

Hand picked local Stembridge Bramley Apples, cut up and tossed in deliciousness, tucked into an all butter dough with either crumb or lattice tops.

Big ole brioche based Cinnamon Buns, massive, soft, goey, delicious. Even better warmed up in the microwave...it may be time to treat yourself, you deserve it!

We have an update that Emily and I are excited to share with you!

Starting tomorrow we will be working alongside our friends at True North Market • Erin, NY. They createdsuch a lovely roadside farmstand that has been such a wonderful addition to our community. Now when you stop by for local produce, mums, and pumpkins etc you will be able to grab some of our baked goods!

I will be bringing over apple pies (handpicked local apples tucked into handrolled butter dough), cinnamon buns, and other goodies tomorrow afternoon (around 3pm) for this weekend.

Stop by and say hi this weekend, treat yourself to something fall inspired made locally.

Hugeee thank you shout to Eve's Cidery for lending us their brushhog this season. If you've heard me say it once, I have said it a thousand times...teamwork makes the dreams work!

It is the community we build and relationships we strengthen by supporting one another that makes us great. I am forever grateful for all of the mentorship, advice, and help Autumn & Ezra have shown us since Emily & I moved up here almost three years ago.

You can catch all of us at Apple Harvest Fest this weekend, come by, say hi, try some c***r, and purchase some of their incredible juice!
