We are a small farm run by Farmer Dan and his family so It’s best to place an order via email or phone 8593418844 so we can have the chicken ready. Dan’s father started the farm in Erlanger over 80 years ago

We always have fresh eggs and bluegrass bacon any day but freshest chicken is available for pick up Thurs -Saturday. Whatever you don’t use you should freeze by Tues since we don’t have preservatives in our products.

If you need suggestions for your first order: whole chickens tend to be a staple. $3.50 per lb (have you ever tried a beer can chicken recipe? Dan’s favorite -google it)
We usually have $20 bags of boneless breasts (3 ish lb) and $10 bags of leg and thigh quarters (3 lbs) easily ready.

Bluegrass bacon is $7 for 1.1lb
Fresh eggs too (must refrigerate )

Tons of fresh large roasting chickens! Just a little seasoning on top, water and veggies in the bottom, and throw in the oven at 350 degrees with a lid —-done in approx 1 1/2 hours depending on your oven if about 5 lbs . We even have some 10lb chickens! Gorgeous! Come on by!
