If y'all have never gotten a veggie/fruit from a grocery store and planted the seeds that come in it, are you even a gardener? Haha I'm only kidding but damn! I am super proud of my lemon trees! I've got three just growing and growing and growing! I've done the same thing with avocado seeds and I have a beautiful two-three foot tree thriving and happy! You should definitely try it!!

If y'all have never had pork belly, step out of the comfort zone of the same meats and try it! So so good! I made a ginger/garlic sauce for it and oh my word, melt in your mouth goodness with that bit of a crunch from the skin!

Well, this beauty decided to volunteer and be the only celery that grew in my greenhouse this winter. I am totally impressed. Will have to move it shortly though because I don't want it to volunteer to take over the roots of the pecan tree that's in the same pot!! Though they both look like they're sharing the space pretty well 😊
