I think the algorithm is displeased about my lack of activity the past few months and we have a bunch of new people to the page so I wanted to make a separate post for this weeks minis to hopefully get the word out better!!
If you’ve never had Trea Leches cake, you are sadly missing out! All of the minis I offer start with a dense cake base, soaked with tres leches (the three milks), and topped with creamy whipped topping- each customized with different cake flavors, fillings, and toppings❤️
I rotate out flavors to add excitement to the mix and to give everyone a chance to find their favorite! I do take custom orders for full sized cakes for parties or special events- Tres Leches cakes and for regular cakes as well.
Minis Available this Week:
Banana Pudding🍌- this is a classic yellow cake base, with regular leche, topped with vanilla wafers & fresh banana and covered with a sweet banana pudding whipped cream. (This is the crowd favorite!!)

Cinnamon Toast Crunch🥣-cinnamon swirl cake, soaked in a cereal milk leche, topped with fresh whipped cream and cereal pieces.

Gansito Snack Cake🍰- based off of the Mexican childhood classic this is a yellow cake base, soaked in Leche, with a strawberry jam filling, sopped with homemade marshmallow whipped cream and a Chocolate drizzle. (I’m predicting this to be a new crowd favorite)

📍Porch pickup in Erwin (or if an order of $20+ delivery is an option)
💲Minis are $6 each or 2/$10- cash, Apple Pay, or Venmo are accepted
*EDIT TO ADD- pickup would be Thursday/Friday due to interest and scheduling
