Come celebrate World Malbec Day on Friday, April 17th at Highland Valley Vineyards!🍷 We are opening this Friday - just to celebrate this delicious wine! We will be introducing our 2021 Malbec with grapes from San Diego! “A Malbec made BY Malbec lovers FOR Malbec lovers!🍷🎶

Spring is in the air … and so is our Spring Cookie Decorating Class! Another wonderful class has been created by our “Cookie Guru Barb”! The theme - “Bees, Butterflies and Springtime Flowers”! Lemon sugar cookies will be your “canvas”!😋

New techniques will be taught as well - for those who have taken our classes before! Also new, we are pouring a new line up of wines in the tasting room! Award winners have and are making their debut!

So, join us on Sunday, April 26th! Two sessions 11:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm. Register today!

🍷“Steakside” is 100% Malbec, the perfect complement to, you guessed it, grilled beef.
🍷“Compostela” is 75% Tempranillo, 25% Malbec. Inspired by our epic Camino pilgrimage, this wine is packed with dark fruit, tannins and balanced acids.
