Enjoying a calm morning with 72 degrees in the shade and a nice breeze. 72 is one of our first commercial SimAngus cows on the property, with her half-sister, 73. 72 is due to calf in just over a month with fall calving group.

Our breeding manager had a great learning experience today: never let a cow guide you across a creek. She retrieved her boot, but sadly the sock met its match…

Took two nice commericial heifers to staunton union today. Were hoping to do well in tomorrows sale.

It’s Branding Day at Green Mountain Station!! We branded 3 cows, 4 heifers, and 1 Brangus bull calf (for sale). We cannot thank Dragging F Ranch enough for coming out to help make our day easier.
