It’s been a minute since we’ve checked in here at Cadena Farms… and we’ve had quite a few people asking, “Are you guys busy?”

Well… here’s your answer. 🚜🍊

When the trucks are overflowing with citrus and we’re loading up for market, you know it’s that time of year. Early mornings, full bins, sticky hands from fresh fruit, and a whole lot of gratitude for the harvest.

This is the season where the farm is running full speed and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Preparing for market and bringing the best of the grove straight to you.

Thank you for supporting local farmers and the work that happens long before the fruit reaches your table.

I need to take a minute to show you what Cadena Farm has been up to! Do you need a 2-pound tomato? We have it! If it's been a while since you've seen Stephen, here's why: he continues to fulfill his promise to his grandfather with hard work and dedication, going above and beyond all expectations. His late-night packing and early morning drives fill his heart with excitement. As his mother, I know that his tired eyes tell stories, and his calloused hands have lost track of the hours he's dedicated to making all of this happen. He won't be slowing down anytime soon, just like my dad, he'll work until the work is done. Mijo, they’re a aren’t enough words to say THANK YOU 🙏

Fig Almond Mascarpone Tart is now available! The tart starts with a buttery shortbread crust, baked with almond cream. It’s then topped with a honey sweetened vanilla bean mascarpone cream. The whole tart is finished with beautiful black mission figs from and chopped roasted almonds! This is very seasonal, so grab one when you can if you wanted to try! ☺️
