Pepper's Creek Farm Small hobby farm in Brandon, Vermont. We raise chickens, ducks and turkeys. We also rehab sick or injured birds of any breed. Many new projects coming for 2027!

Not currently NPIP but that is a future goal. Mom of two older children. I am passionate about animals. I started my hobby Farm 3 years ago. I went from 13 chickens to now over 60. I have different breeds and sizes. I also breed turkeys, ducks and quail. I take in birds that need to be rehabilitated also.

Seriously disappointed in the results of the poultry show this year. I was blindsided when I got there because nothing was set up for my birds. On “evening with the judge” he didn’t tell me squat about my winning bird. I highly doubt he even knows a damn thing about the breeds I showed; it doesn’t seem worth all the preparation and stress we did to get ready.
So very Disappointed

Let’s hope Tunbridge is better.

Well I was blindsided by my bird placement this year and almost pulled everyone. Barn manager made accommodations real fast when I told her I was leaving. I made the best of it and set up my own placing with what cages were available and I left one of mine to ensure my birds health and safety.

Off to the fair!!! All new birds to show this year!
