The signature FloYo® class consists of vinyasa yoga sequences where SUP sun salutations will flow into lengthening and strengthening poses, balance postures, breathing techniques and even a little play time on the boards. The focus of the class is having FUN while using core stability to improve the overall functioning of the body and build a stronger more balanced physique. FloYo® Fit:
A more athletic interval based class, FloYo® Fit will begin and end with the signature FloYo warm up and cool down but will incorporate paddle drills and functional movements on the boards to create an interval based workout. A week of Pilates, pasta & la dolce vita. 🇮🇹🍝

And we have some exciting news for our Bella Vita Italy Retreat, Pilates instructor Jessica Newshel is joining Jessie as our co-host!

Jessica has been a certified Classical Pilates instructor since 2011, and throughout the retreat she’ll lead small-group mat Pilates classes focused on strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. Whether Pilates is already part of your routine or you’re completely new to it, her classes will be designed for all experience levels.

And that’s only the beginning of our week in Italy. We’ll stay at beautiful Oliveto Estate in Le Marche, explore medieval villages and local markets, learn to make fresh pasta with local chefs, hike along the coast, spend time at the beach, enjoy incredible Italian food, and experience a slower side of Italy away from the crowds.
