ean and beyond. FloYo® fitness classes are full body workouts performed on a standup paddle board. Classes combine yoga sequences and interval training methods to create a full mind/body experience. FloYo seeks to provide a unique workout suitable for all levels of fitness which will leave you feeling refreshed and more in tune with your body. The signature FloYo® class consists of vinyasa yoga sequences where SUP sun salutations will flow into lengthening and strengthening poses, balance postures, breathing techniques and even a little play time on the boards. The focus of the class is having FUN while using core stability to improve the overall functioning of the body and build a stronger more balanced physique. FloYo® Fit:
A more athletic interval based class, FloYo® Fit will begin and end with the signature FloYo warm up and cool down but will incorporate paddle drills and functional movements on the boards to create an interval based workout. FloYo Traveller Spotlight ❤️

Meet Victoria, who recently joined her 10th FloYo Travels retreat in South Africa.

Over the years Victoria has joined us for adventures in Kenya, Bali, Peru, Costa Rica, Arizona and beyond. She has been collecting incredible experiences, amazing memories, and plenty of stories along the way (ask her about her bike ride through the rice fields in Bali!).

One of our favourite parts of FloYo is seeing familiar faces return year after year and become such a big part of our community. Watching friendships grow and seeing people continue saying yes to adventure is something really special.

10 retreats down and we’re still not done.

What a week we had in Greece 💙🇬🇷

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Aegean Awakening in beautiful Amorgos. We spent the past week slowing down, moving our bodies, soaking in crystal-clear water, exploring stunning island views, sharing incredible meals, and making memories we know we'll be talking about for a long time.

From yoga and meditation to evening sound baths with Jaime, sunset moments, meaningful conversations, and all of the little moments in between, this retreat reminded us why we love bringing people together through travel.

The Greek Islands gave us the perfect backdrop for connection, adventure, and a whole lot of fun.

Over the last week we shared yoga, meditation, evening sound baths, crystal-clear swims, island adventures, incredible food, and so many moments that made this retreat special.

What we love most about these trips is seeing a group of people arrive as strangers and leave with memories, friendships, and stories they'll be talking about long after they get home.

Reasons why you probably shouldn’t join the Lake Powell retreat 👀
