🌸🍓 Sweet little details for a special birthday celebration! 🍓🌸

Soft pink buttercream, strawberries, delicate daisies, and plenty of vintage-inspired piping came together for this sweet birthday cake. 💗🌼

I absolutely loved creating this pretty little strawberry garden design!

Ever wondered what I mean when I say I’m a cottage food bakery? 🖤🍪

It doesn’t mean I’m “just baking at home.” It means Nevermore Cakery operates under Maryland’s cottage food regulations, which come with specific requirements about what I can make and sell.

There are certain foods and ingredients I’m not permitted to offer—and while that can sometimes be frustrating, I’ll always choose to follow the rules rather than cut corners.

From keeping my workspace clean and sanitized, to practicing safe food handling, carefully sourcing and measuring ingredients, labeling allergens, and packaging every order with care, food safety is something I take very seriously.

So when I say, “I can’t make that,” it’s not because I don’t want to. It’s because I’m committed to doing things the right way. 🖤

Small bakery. Home kitchen. Big responsibility.

🎃☕ OCTOBER FLAVOR OF THE MONTH: PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE ☕🎃

Pumpkin spice season has officially arrived at Nevermore Cakery! 🖤🍂 And this month, you can get your PSL fix in two delicious ways:

🍪 Pumpkin Spice Latte Cookie — a warmly spiced pumpkin espresso cookie loaded with creamy vanilla chips for the perfect balance of pumpkin, coffee, and sweetness.

🧁 Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcake — moist pumpkin cake with a caramel filling, topped with silky espresso buttercream, a delicate pumpkin spice dusting, and a generous caramel drizzle. 🤎

Basically, your favorite fall coffee order… but baked into dessert. ☕🎃🍪🧁

Available throughout October while supplies last!
