Bill is the most humble person I know, a staunch believer in the power of angels, he delights in giving angels in the form of candles and insisting they be lit as a symbol of the joy and light they spread. Generous in spirit and in action, Bill would offer his hand to anyone in need. Our wildflower honey is derived from the nectar of flowers up to 2-3 miles from our hives. The bees turn Spring and early Summer flowers (and flowering trees) in our area into a very light color honey. In contrast, the Fall honey is a rich amber color derived from the goldenrod, asters, and Japanese knotweed. We take harvests from each period
