New boys on the block! 💪

Say hello to Mountain Pines PB Blue Jeans AKA “Geno” (left) and Be Well MM Brach Tuarach AKA (name pronounced Brock- right). I affectionately call them my frat boys. 😂

I’ve had Geno for a couple of weeks now, but felt like announcing both Geno and Brach at the same time, so here they are!

Both boys come from lines that I heavily admire. It wasn’t exactly on my docket to get bucks this year, but since the opportunity not only presented itself once, but twice, I had to do it!

Thank you to my friend Brittany at Be Well Farmstead and Emily at Mountain Pines Dairy Goats for allowing me to bring these guys into our herd to create a new foundation for our breeding program. I’ll have to do a deep dive into each boy later, but I’ll post their pedigrees for a sneak peek! 👀

Another year of negative biosecurity! 🎉

*We chose to only test for CAE on our two adult bucks because they haven’t left our farm, they’re housed in a separate area far away from our primary barn, and they won’t be used for breeding going forward.

✨ SOLD – ADGA Nigerian Dwarf Doe✨

This is a difficult post to make, but after a lot of thought I've decided to make this lovely doe available as I continue to shape the direction of my herd.

• Gorgeous silver buckskin
• First freshener (2/2026)- Had 2 doelings and 1 buckling unassisted
Biosecurity tested negative in 2025
• Current on CDT
• Stands well for hoof trims

Well behaved on the milk stand and behaves well for both hand milking and machine milking. She has beautifully large, long teats that make hand milking especially easy. She would make a wonderful addition to a homestead or family looking to get into milking. She has the kind of udder and teat size that many home milkers appreciate.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this doe—our personalities simply aren't the best match, and I'm taking my breeding program in a different direction.
