Rock Cut Brewing’s 8th Anniversary Party is Tuesday, August 29th and we’re going all out as usual! New beers on tap, live music, lots of specialty bottles, and two food trucks on site!
We are so excited to have Chain Station back again to play for us! They’re hitting the mic from 6-9 pm. If you need some food to go with your beer, Rosa Tacos is on site from 12-8 and we’re welcoming Waffel Mountain for their first time at Rock Cut who will be serving from 5-9 pm!
Now for beer!!! Just like in years past we are working to make the bash as smooth as ever by selling beer tokens in the week leading up, as well as that night. Classic Tokens are $6.50 with the Specialty Tokens at $9. Come into the taproom anytime this coming week to purchase, or buy them the night of at the table we will have out front.
🍻 We’ve got some killer new beers headed your way: we know you love them, so we’re bringing you two new IPAs, in addition to the Galactic Portal we’ll have a hazy double IPA with an old school bitter meets new school fruit combination, and Timnath Beerwerks brewed a birthday cold IPA just for us as well; with a different take on hops we’ll be releasing a new version Les Deux Oreilles, a dry-hopped red saison; the Strawberry Ptarmigan is also returning as an even more luscious and fruit forward sour; a past party favorite is back, with a beer take on an Old Fashioned, this time a blend of two barrel-aged beers, cherry, and orange; AND not least of all we’ll be cheers-ing you with our new 2023 version of the GABF award-winning Wooden Mayhem, after spending 16 months in a Buffalo Trace barrel this year’s release was blended with both the Steel Otter barleywine and one of our favorite ever batches of Wooden Raven!
