Be careful who you hire.
This is one of those that don’t have a llc or insurance but are working for hire guys that done this. No I won’t say who it was.
this customer had to spend almost 2k extra for dirt to save $500 because of the mess this guy left. This ground was perfectly flat/smooth before he come in and removed a few pine stumps. And then mulched them up and shoved the mulch/dirt into piles. And then left the job like this.
-Make sure the person you hire is a llc business
-ask for a certificate of insurance
-ask for references
These things will make your life much easier!
