I met Jared Small a few weeks ago and he shared with me his dream Bootboyz Seafood Company. Jared is a Baton Rouge native, former Catholic High Football standout. Jared walked on the LSU football team as a linebacker and eventually earned a starting position and was a member of the 2019 National Championship Team. After graduating LSU Jared went on to Tulane University to earn his Masters Degree. This man knows all about hard work!!!Shawn Sagrera Sagrera Farms is proud to support Jared in his journey!!

It seemed like 2025 was the year where Shawn Sagrera and Sagrera Farms were inundated with requests for beef tallow, beef bones and prime beef trimmings! There is something going on out there in this wild market where consumers are flocking to these products. We have listened to their requests and have stocked up! For a very limited time we are offering this opportunity for purchase. I will make this simple……..Bones, tallow and trimmings all $4 per pound. Send us a message with your requests. Quantity discounts are available for orders exceeding 50 pounds.

Sending a few pictures.

Thank You!

Shawn
