This Friday will be the last day for muscadines this season. The remaining fruit is probably best used for making jellies, jams, and wine.

Many thanks to all the new people who came this year. We are especially grateful to see again the regulars from the immediate community, including the Amish, but also those who continue to travel for hours.

Until next season, thank you and may God Bless you!

If making Muscadine wine, jams or jellies was on you to-do list this Fall, NOW is the time to pick or you'll have to wait until next year. If you can't use them right away, freezing them is not only okay but is what many do to help extract the juice when mashing.

Beautiful picking weather here in middle Tennessee. Muscadines are still available especially on the vines down the hill. Hurry though, the season will be ending this month!

Welcome and needed rain today. Still good picking and the hope that the many muscadines needing to ripen will make it to the finish line before the first frost! See y'all soon!

We're forecasting another week, possibly two, left for picking this season. There are still gallons to be had but will require patience to move through the vines. Be sure to check back here for daily updates.

Thank you all for a great season. It was wonderful to see so many new people as well as so many familiar faces!

Today is a great day to pick muscadines! Come on by to pick bronze/green or purple varieties (or both!) while they are in peak season. As good as they are, muscadines are incredibly good for you too, check this out:

A walk-through the rows of muscadines and there are plenty ripe for picking. All of the rows are open. The purple muscadines are plentiful. There are a few gallons of bronze available to pick as well.

To pick a gallon of muscadines should take less than an hour.

Short on time? You are welcome to pick just a half-gallon for $5.

Such a strong turn out yesterday. Special thanks to the local wine makers and the Amish. If you planning on coming to pick more than a gallon or two, we'd recommend waiting for another week for more fruit to ripen. Still good picking but not in bulk.

Hey muscadine pickers! The Tara and Nobles are abundant and at peak. These two varieties are the bronze sweet fruit most closely related to the original Scuppernong. They have the perfect musky flavor that makes them the go to for wines and things like muscadine pepper relish. Let's go!
