🍂 A little Fall Break for our Encompass families, too!

Encompass Healthcare will be closed Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9, and will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, October 12.

With our local schools on Fall Break, we’ve made the decision to give our team a couple of extra days to slow down, spend time with their children and families, and enjoy a little break together. 🤍

Our staff works hard all year taking care of our patients, and we’re happy to give them this time to make some memories with the people they love most.

If you need medication refills, follow-up care, or have another healthcare need that can be addressed before we close, please contact us early this week so we have time to help.

We hope all of our local students, teachers, school staff—and our Encompass families—have a wonderful Fall Break! 🍂

It’s time to start introducing you to some of the people behind Encompass Healthcare—and Erica seemed like the perfect place to start. 💛

If you know Erica, you know she loves to laugh and joke, and that personality is a big part of how she cares for our patients.

“I feel like laughing and joking helps me form real relationships with our patients. I want them to feel at ease when they’re here—and happy to come back.”

When she’s not at Encompass, you’ll probably find Erica reading, cooking, planning her next vacation, or spending time with her three beautiful girls. ❤️

🖤 Position: Receptionist
📅 Schedule: Monday–Thursday
⏰ Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re looking for someone who:

✨ Has a positive, welcoming personality
✨ Is dependable and professional
✨ Communicates well with patients and team members
✨ Is organized and able to multitask
✨ Is comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with front-office responsibilities
✨ Enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Previous medical office experience is a plus, but finding the right person for our team is most important.

As Independence Day weekend approaches, we’d like to let our patients know that Encompass Healthcare will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.

If you need prescription refills, have a medical concern, or would like to be seen before the holiday weekend, we encourage you to call or stop by before Friday. Our team is here to help you take care of your healthcare needs before we close.
