It was a wild month, we have been working on our own custom yeast blends as well as label coloration and re-proofing. We are extremely thrilled with the results! If you see the colorized labels, I recommend giving it a taste!

New businesses, including a new hotel and recreation along the Kennebec, are helping Skowhegan bring people back to the region.

Well, the dynamic duo of was back on a mission of dumb and dangerous again. For the new distillery, I found a great deal on a 3 bay sink, while Alex J White and I were removing it, the owner offered us this 8 ft hood and fire suppression system. I said "SURE" ....ooph.... We were definitely not prepared for that! After escaping death and/or injury 2 or 3 times, we got it all in the truck and headed north to the Cryptid Creek construction site! Special thanks to Stephanie and Steve or the help and entertainment! Sorry about the fridge guys!

A couple weeks ago, one of our still controllers died on us. I took this as an opportunity to build the industrial one I have been dreaming about! Welcome to the world! She is working on her first batch now! Fingers crossed!

It's been a rough week, but filled with accomplishments. We got the jeep converted to the plow truck and plowed the farm, made 25 of 50 (ish) cases of Space Lobster, now with color labels! Developed a solid plan for the new distillery, so we can start next week, new yeast blends for the next batch! We even met a few of the awesome Oakfield residents and listened to some great local music and ate some great food!and to top it off, FINALLY, after several aggressive conference calls with Elon Musk, he sent a few more satellites up, and STARLINK is finally working way up here!!! And what better way to top it off? Headed down to Mossy Ledge Spirits and enjoyed some AWESOME holiday drinks!! Special thanks to everyone that helped get all of this done!

We have finally completed our bottle remodel! New cork wrap, engraved wax seal, and now... FULL COLOR LABELS!! These babies are going to POP on your shelves! They should be available by Tuesday or Wednesday! Same delicious and super smooth spiced rum!
