For a long time, convenience became the priority.

Now, more people are starting to ask different questions.

Where did this food come from?

Who raised it?

What was the animal fed?

What impact did it have on the land?

We’re seeing more families return to local food, not because it’s trendy, but because they want something they can trust.

That’s why we do what we do.

Pasture-raised eggs.
Regeneratively raised beef.
Food produced with stewardship in mind.

If you’ve been thinking about filling your freezer, stocking up on eggs, or supporting local agriculture, we’d love to help.

And over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sharing more about a special campaign we’re launching to celebrate America’s 250th birthday and the role local farms still play in feeding our communities.

Why are more families filling their freezers?
Because we raise our cows on fresh grass their entire life. High in phytonutrients and flavor! Have your beef share deposits in by THIS WEDNESDAY, June 17 for our July batch!

The world moves pretty fast these days.

Notifications.
Deadlines.
Traffic.
Schedules.

Out here, the pace is a little different.

The animals don’t care what’s trending.
The grass grows at its own speed.
The seasons arrive when they’re ready.

Farming has a way of reminding you that some things can’t be rushed.

Healthy soil takes time.
Healthy animals take time.
Strong families take time.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to raise food, steward this land, and share the journey with all of you.

What are you doing to slow down and enjoy the weekend?

The best meals usually have one thing in common.

Not fancy ingredients.
Not complicated recipes.

Just good food raised the right way and shared with people you care about.

That’s one of the things we love most about farming.

Knowing that the eggs collected this morning and the beef raised on our pastures will end up around dinner tables across Mississippi and beyond.

Food has a way of bringing people together.

And we believe it should nourish both people and the land it comes from.

As we head into the weekend, we’re thankful for everyone supporting local agriculture and choosing to know where their food comes from.

If you’re looking to stock your freezer, our next beef shares are available now. Processing is scheduled for July 1, with deliveries expected in late July and early August. Deposits are due by June 17.

What are you cooking this weekend?

Leadership matters.

Stewardship matters.

And now more than ever, we need people willing to lead with wisdom, conviction, and a commitment to serving others.

We’re honored to welcome Vincent Mathews Jr. as a speaker at the 2026 Etta Hills Farm Conference.

Vincent brings a unique perspective on faith, leadership, stewardship, and building stronger communities. His message aligns closely with one of the core themes of this conference: that lasting change begins with responsibility, purpose, and hope.

This conference isn’t just about farming.

It’s about food, health, families, leadership, stewardship, and the future we’re building together.

Join us October 8–9, 2026, in Southaven, Mississippi.

We’re not just trying to build a farm.

We’re trying to build something that lasts.

Healthier soil.
Healthier food.
Stronger families.
A deeper connection between people and the land that feeds them.

That’s what drives the long days and early mornings here at Etta Hills Farm.

And honestly, we believe more people are searching for that connection again.

Not perfection.
Not convenience.
Something real.

We’re grateful for everyone following along, supporting local agriculture, filling freezers with regenerative food, and helping us continue growing this mission.

Beef shares remain available for our upcoming July processing date, and preparations continue for the Etta Hills Farm Conference this October.

A lot happening behind the scenes—and we’re just getting started.

06/05/2026

People say it all the time after trying truly pasture-raised food for the first time:

“You can actually taste the difference.”

And honestly, they’re right.

When animals are raised on healthy pasture in regenerative systems, it changes the quality of the food they produce.

The flavor.
The richness.
The nutrient density.

That’s why more families are beginning to buy directly from local farms again.

Not because it’s trendy.

Because they want food they can trust.

We currently have pasture-raised eggs available along with beef shares for our upcoming July processing date.

If you’ve been thinking about filling your freezer with real food, now’s the time to get on the list.

Deposits for beef shares are due by July 17.

And this October, we’re bringing many of these conversations around food, health, stewardship, and regeneration together at the Etta Hills Farm Conference.

06/03/2026

This is what local food should look like.

Eggs from hens raised on pasture.
Meat from animals raised in a regenerative system.
Food produced by people you can actually know.

We believe families deserve more than anonymous food from a shelf.

They deserve to know where it came from, how it was raised, and what kind of system their money is supporting.

That’s what we’re working to build at Etta Hills Farm.

If you need pasture-raised eggs, beef, pork, chicken, or want to stock your freezer with real food, send us a message and we’ll help you get set up.

And if these conversations matter to you, the Etta Hills Farm Conference this October is where we’re bringing farmers, families, health leaders, and storytellers together around the future of food.

Real food starts with healthy land.

06/03/2026

This is bigger than just selling food.

It’s about rebuilding connection:
to the land,
to where food comes from,
and to the people producing it.

Every day at Etta Hills Farm looks a little different:
collecting eggs before sunrise,
moving animals across fresh pasture,
loading deliveries,
planning for the future,
and trying to leave the land better than we found it.

We believe people are hungry for something real again.

Real food.
Real stewardship.
Real community.

That’s why we’re continuing to grow—not just the farm, but the conversations around food, health, and regeneration through things like the upcoming Etta Hills Farm Conference this October.

And we’re grateful for everyone helping make it possible.

If you’ve been wanting pasture-raised eggs, regenerative meats, or conference tickets, now’s a great time to get connected.
