Let’s play a little game called how many eggs are in this 8 quart bucket!? They’re mostly standard chicken eggs with some bantam and duck eggs mixed in 🥚 and they were all laid by our flock in the last three days!

The person with the closest guess gets a Finazzo Farm tee! 👕 You have until Monday at 7pm to make your guesses!

This might not look like anything special but for us it’s HUGE. For months we’ve only been getting a maximum of four eggs a day from our 30+ birds. Now, two days in a row, we’ve gotten a dozen eggs! 🥚

And I definitely won’t complain about how beautiful they are 🤩

We now have BLUES! 🥚 Not to mention the eggs currently in the incubator. Some have started pipping! 🤞🏻

I never thought I would be so excited about eggs before, but here I am! Only took 4.5 months but we have a green egg 🤩 just waiting for some of my blues to start laying, too! And just in time for the batch to go into the incubator tonight 🥚

AND we had an incubator arrive yesterday! We are going to get these eggs in tomorrow to start the process and see how we do with this chicken math 🐓
