Caramel apple crumble focaccia. That’s it. That’s the post. 🍎🔥

🍞 What’s inside:
→ Sourdough focaccia dough (500g flour / 400g water / 100g starter / 10g salt / 20g olive oil)
→ Sliced apples sautéed in butter, nutmeg + cinnamon
→ Homemade brown sugar caramel (butter + brown sugar + cream + pinch of salt)
→ Brown sugar oat crumble on top for that crunch 👀

Bake at 425°F for 25–30 min — caramelized edges, gooey center, unreal smell.
Finish with a warm caramel drizzle and live happily ever after 💫
