🫐 Blueberry Muffins
1½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup white sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
⅓ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter

🥐 French Toast Muffins
5 cups croissants
5 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp salted butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Muffins
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup unsalted butter

🎃 Pumpkin Streusel Muffins
1 box spice cake mix
15 oz pumpkin puree
1 + ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vegetable oil
