Welcome Maze to the herd. A registered purebred Charolais bull that wasted no time getting to work — the moment he stepped off the trailer, he was already out checking cows and settling into ranch life like he’d been here for years.
We’re excited to see what Maze brings to the program and even more excited for the future calves when he’s bred back to Fletch’s heifers. Big things ahead for this herd.

Our 2027 beef dates will also be limited, with only a few select openings remaining. As we hold back more of our heifers to continue building and improving our herd, availability will continue to tighten in the coming years.

We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support from our customers and families who value locally raised, quality beef.

If you’re hoping to reserve a future date, we encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later.
Thank you for supporting our farm and the work that goes into raising exceptional beef the right way.

Around 62% of the U.S. cattle inventory is in an area experiencing drought.

Dr. David Anderson says lean beef demand and lighter cow culling are still giving cull cow prices room to push higher.

Our cattle are more than livestock — they’re part of a grazing system designed to keep our pastures healthy and productive. 🐄🌱
Through rotational grazing, we move cattle intentionally so the land has time to rest, recover, and regrow. The result:
✔️ Healthier pasture
✔️ Stronger soil
✔️ Better forage
✔️ Happier, healthier cattle
Good stewardship starts from the ground up, and these girls are doing their part every day.

Goldie, our 5-year-old cow, is on babysitting duty today — keeping an eye on the younger calves and making sure everyone stays together. 🐄❤️
Did you know? Grass-fed cattle typically take close to 2 years to raise before reaching market weight. 🌱

Unlike conventional grain-fed systems that grow cattle faster, grass-fed cattle develop more slowly on a natural forage diet. That means more time on pasture, more grazing, and a longer production cycle.

Raising cattle this way requires patience, land stewardship, and consistent animal care — but many farmers and consumers believe the difference is worth it.

💪🐂 Muscle Monday featuring Fletch.

This Charolais bull is doing exactly what the breed is known for — adding muscle, performance, power, and growth to the next generation. Fletch is proving himself not only in his own build and definition, but in the calves he’s producing.

From extra shape and stoutness to the added pounds that matter, his offspring continue to show the value of strong Charolais genetics. We’re excited about what Fletch is passing along and the future these calves have ahead of them. 🔥
