This is the time where everyone is preparing amazing feasts and I would love to help you. I have been smoking cheeses for years and I promise they are nothing like what you can get at the local store. I can smoke all kinds of cheese. Now is the time to order, I smoke the cheese and wrap it tight to hold the smoke for days, that way you get the best smoke-flavored cheese.
