Welcome to my second food business, (say in a funny voice) Bon Bon's Nook! I'm passionate about offering my gluten-free cassava based tortilla mix so people can press their own fresh tortillas at home (in about 15 minutes!). The goal is to give people access to a healthy bread alternative, and have good fun doing it! It's a recipe I've been working with for a number of years, and it's time for me to share it with you.
