2022 has been an interesting one hasn’t it…? Are you feeling tired of being tired of Covid fatigue? Grocery price is something to get adjust to right now. Everything seems very expensive. The world doesn’t make sense either… but I feel that we have to keep it easy and be gentle to each other. Still keep remind ourselves to slow down each day. What is important, what’s is valuable to you, ask that hard question… how do you want to live and die…? What’s my soul purpose, what does my heart feel, is my heart happy?
Living through pandemic has been really challenging, but didn’t you have this feeling that something was going to happen at some point in our lives? We did… the world is not sustainable as is and it is not very safe and there’s are so many things happening that individual people cannot do anything about it and feel powerless.
People are seeking, looking outward for some answers, but it is in us. When you feel your body, let your soul come back into the body and let it set in your heart space, and gaze into the fire or Venus star, River, flower, your dead love ones, yourself in the mirror, wherever you can feel calm, you are connected.
Connected to your soul and cosmo
Let the tears talk to you, your body and soul spirits are always trying to stay connected. The biggest secret of all from the ancient time is that we have the power, each of us have the ability to create and visualize your version of reality. What you feel and say will bounce back and come to you. The biggest secret is out.
So use it wisely and for the earth and family. This is the magic of life…
This ancient practice is Shinto. We study Hakkei Shirakawa Shinto in Kofu, Yamanashi when we lived in Japan. Such a special moment we had there with my parents. I call in the medicine Kami-spirits to both of my hands when I’m working on you. I can feel and hear your pain and stiffness too when I’m with you.
I guess I’m finally feeling ready to share this with you! Bringing back ancient medicine as the folk medicine again in 2022. Don’t forget to slow down, appreciate what we got going right now, and love each connection so we don’t deplete our own energy. Get good rests and eat only good foods that make you feel well.
