Another great year helping out at the Delta Waterfowl -Emerald Valley Chapter banquet. Sold out event this year raising family funds for conservation, education, and support of youth and veterans. Special thanks to Micheal Kentworthy for smoking 3 whole pigs to serve alongside the grilled chicken BBQ meal we offered...

Can't wait until next year's event!

Early one this morning. Was up at 3:00am this morning preparing for a 7:00am breakfast... 215 guests for University Fellowship. Grateful to have a dedicated sous chef willing to put up with me at all hours of the day....

Next time, might bring more help. Always up for a challenge...but 215 guests with just us 2 was a bit much....😳

Pulled it off seamlessly in just under 30 minutes serve time.
