Live cooking, a glowing sunset, and a table full of people coming together. 🌿🔥
We were honored to host this beautiful night with Chef Tamisha of .

Bold heritage flavors layered with classical French technique — honoring the bounty of the Pacific Northwest at every turn. From sweet corn beignets and raw oysters to pecan-smoked bison short ribs, Louisiana smoked lamb hot links, potato vichyssoise, American Wagyu tomahawk ribeyes, crispy shrimp and clams, vegetarian Cajun-style favorites, and peaches & cream semifreddo with Oregon hazelnut crumble, every course told a story.

Grateful for evenings like this, and the people who gather around the table.

A golden, love-filled day for Hadley & Tyler ✨
Hosting their wedding at Long Table Farm was pure joy—sunlight streaming through emerald trees, tables lined with buttery-yellow and soft blue blooms with summer greens.

Planning with this sweet couple was a delight from start to finish. Guests savored smoky tri-tip and velvety chicken marsala from Casey J’s Catering, danced and danced to DJ Connor Sullivan, and ended the night with Mad Batters’ decadent desserts crowned with our farm’s edible flowers.

Wild Child Flower Co. created the radiant bridal bouquets, boutonnières and dramatic ceremony arrangements, and our farm created the flowers arrangements for the dining tables.

Photographer Joshua Rainey captured it all—the laughter, the golden light, and the overflowing love. 🌿💛 Thank you, and congratulations to this loving couple and their wonderful family and friends!

CANNING WORKSHOPS this Sunday!

Pickling + Herbal Bloody Mary Mocktails &/or
Jam Making + Charcuterie Board

Come learn how to preserve the harvest with Faye Sofranko/ .got.two.pennies!
——————-

🥒 Canning: Pickling + Herbal Bloody Mary Bar

Learn the basics of safe home pickling — and how to pickle almost anything — using herbs and veggies from the land to nourish ourselves and preserve abundance. We’ll also practice preserving them using both a water bath and steam bath canner. Each person will walk away with a jar of their own pickle creations to enjoy at home. After we make our own pickles, we’ll come together around a farm-inspired Bloody Mary herbal mocktail bar, complete with garden and herbal garnishes. A celebration of flavor, seasonality, and the joy of preserving food as a form of care.

——————-

🍓 Canning: Jam Making & Charcuterie Board

Capture sunshine in a jar! Learn the art of small-batch jam making while deepening your connection to the harvest and your pantry. We’ll cover canning safety, and you’ll get hands-on practice preserving your jam using both a hot water bath canner and a steam canner. You’ll also learn how to infuse your jam with custom dried herbs and spices, and walk away with a basic understanding of how to make jam with almost any fruit. Each person will take home a jar of their own creation. Once our jams are set, we’ll gather to build a beautiful seasonal charcuterie board featuring our fresh preserves — a delicious, grounding experience to savor and share.

——————-

Sign up for one or both classes! Reserve your spot today and celebrate the season’s bounty while learning hands-on skills to nourish yourself year-round.
