The summer has been full of food and learning. At this point in the season most of the farming is routine, even for the green crew. (Starting to not be quite so green)
Plant, w**d, harvest, process, repeat.

Our CSA is about half way through. We hope you have all been enjoying the colors and flavors of summer.

And even our new orchard has gotten some extra tending to by the crew.

What has been your highlight of this summer so far?

Our CSA will go out as scheduled today. But we will not be open to volunteers.Thank you for support.

Trellising tomatoes in the field.

We try to give our crew opportunities to build and help with infrastructure.

Our large slicing tomatoes are trellised using cattle panels, and our pastes get hand made cages.

Do you trellis anything in your garden? Why or why not?

Happy tomato season!
