Our Elisabeth took home a silver medal in the Mixed-Culture Brett B**r category at the 2026 Great American B**r Festival!

We’re incredibly proud of these special barrel-aged b**rs and the time, patience and passion that go into making them.

A huge thank you to our hardworking team and to all of you who continue to support us and allow us to do what we love. We couldn’t do it without you!

Holiday parties are officially on our radar. 🎄🍻

Looking for a space to gather your crew this season? Our Barrel House is available for private events, with 2,500 sq. ft. of space for holiday parties, company gatherings, dinners, game nights, and more.

It’s just across the parking lot from the Public House and was home to the ColdFire tasting room for our first decade — so there’s a little history built in, too.

St. James India Red Ale was our first GABF award-winning b**r and has been a ColdFire favorite ever since. Named in honor of our good bud Jim Weston, this b**r brings together old and new Red Ale traditions with notes of citrus, cocoa and baking bread.

The brothers were back at Yakima Chief Hops. 🌿

Our brewing team is back in Yakima conducting sensory and selecting lots of some of our favorite hops, including Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic.

Rubbing the hops helps us dig into their aromas and characteristics firsthand — an important part of choosing what we want to brew with in the year ahead.

Good b**r starts with good ingredients. We’re excited to see where these hops take us. 🍻
