Meat Cutter- duties include cutting custom orders, cutting for retail orders, cutting jerky for retail, and at times helping where needed.
Cleanup person- duties included cleaning of various areas of the shop, helping unload butcher truck, cleaning of butcher truck, loading dump trailer, cleanup of property including, pulling weeds etc. helping where needed.
Butcher Assistant- duties include going out on the butcher truck to assist the butcher with harvesting animals from the local rancher, unloading and weighing in carcasses, unloading hides etc. into dump trailer, assisting cleanup crew when needed, assisting with customer order pick ups. Helping where needed. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Pay is based on experience.
Full time and part time available.
