Big news, Seasoned family. ❤️

August 29th will be our final day of service at Claim 52 Brewing.

This is a bittersweet announcement for us. Claim 52 gave Seasoned a place to get its start, grow, experiment, and show people what we could do. We’ll always have so much love and appreciation for the entire Claim 52 family for welcoming us into their space and giving us the opportunity to build Seasoned into what it is today.

Our lease is coming to an end, and we’ve decided it’s time to spread our wings and show this town what Seasoned is really made of.

We aren’t ready to tell you where just yet… 👀 but we CAN tell you that our new home will open the first week of September!

And with the new space comes a new chapter for Seasoned.

We’re moving toward the restaurant we’ve always envisioned: a more elevated, fine-dining experience with full table service, while still keeping the creativity, local ingredients, and approachable food that have made Seasoned who we are.

Our new menu is coming soon and will feature steaks, charcuterie boards, new creations, and some of the fan favorites that helped us earn multiple awards during our short time at Claim 52. 🏆

Our Chef’s Table isn’t going away either. It’s evolving into our Chef’s Tasting Menu, giving us even more opportunity to be creative and give you a true Seasoned experience.

One important note: our final week at Claim 52 will feature a smaller menu as we prepare for the move. So if there’s something you’ve fallen in love with, come see us before August 29th, some of your favorites won’t be making the move with us.

We’re incredibly proud of what we accomplished in this space, but we’re even more excited about what comes next.

One of our favorite entrées on the menu has to be the Iberico Pork Steak & Frites. 🐖✨

We start with premium Iberico pork and sous vide it for six hours with truffle butter, fresh sage, apple juice, and a blend of aromatics to create incredible tenderness and flavor. Once it’s perfectly cooked, we finish it with a hard sear and top it with our vibrant, house-made chimichurri.

Served alongside crispy frites, it’s a dish that perfectly balances rich, savory flavors with fresh, herbaceous notes. If you haven’t tried it yet, this is your sign.

Our Wedge Salad is anything but ordinary.

This recipe traces back to one of Chef Garrett’s culinary adventures years ago at Baker Butcher, where the idea first came to life. We’ve put our own Seasoned spin on it with sweet candied tomatoes, crispy fried capers, thick-cut applewood smoked bacon, tangy pickled red onions, rich house-made blue cheese dressing, and generous blue cheese crumbles.

Every salad is piled high with fresh, quality ingredients and made from scratch whenever possible. It’s a classic reimagined and one you won’t forget.

There’s something special about a burger made with incredible local ingredients and we think you can taste the difference.

Our Double Smash Burger starts with premium andersonranchbeef, delivered fresh through longsmeatmarket and smashed to perfection for those crispy, caramelized edges. It’s served on locally made buns from Reality Kitchen and topped with crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and fresh onions from groundworkorganics.

To top it all off? Pair it with a refreshing Claim 52 Brewing Kölsch. Its clean, crisp finish is the perfect match for the rich, juicy burger, cutting through every delicious bite and making for one incredible combination.

Just in time for this hot weather, Claim 52 has installed multiple brand-new A/C units throughout the entire building, so you can stay cool while enjoying an ice-cold craft beer and some seriously good pub food.

Whether you’re craving a burger, wings, or our loaded house-made nachos (pictured 🤤), we’ve got the perfect excuse to escape the heat.
