Tomorrow marks one year of Seasoned inside Claim 52 Brewing and what a year it’s been.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support from our community, our team, and everyone who’s walked through the doors and trusted us to feed them. This partnership has been something special, and we’ve loved every minute of growing alongside such a great crew.

From day one to now, it’s been about good food, good beer, and even better people. We’re proud of what we’ve built together and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Our May–June Chef’s Table menu has arrived.

This season is all about balance and depth with rich, comforting flavors paired with bright, thoughtful touches that highlight the best of what we love to cook. From a simple, refined amuse to our 60-day dry aged New York steak with morels and truffle, every course is built with intention and precision.

We’re keeping this experience intimate, focused, and ingredient-driven. Exactly how we believe dining should be.

$100 per person
Tuesday–Thursday | Seating starts at 5pm
