Pacific Island Dressings is a small, locally owned and family run specialty foods manufacturing and marketing start up right here in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley. Our Story: When my beautiful daughter unexpectedly found herself up against some dietary health challenges she began to eat better foods. In turn she inspired me to learn more about healthful eating and to begin changing my ow

n eating habits. I decided to take a traditional Japanese family teriyaki sauce recipe handed down through generations and use it as a base from which to create a vinaigrette salad dressing. Now we've bottled our tangy, refreshing dressing to share with you, your family and all of our fellow teriyaki sauce and salad lovers! This summer we will launch our Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign in order to fund and launch this awesome business project to bring the Original Teriyaki salad dressing to a store shelf near you!

Thank you to all of our facebook friends and supporters here at Pacific Island Dressings! I'm sad to say that our little start-up concept did not work out for us as a profitable business in an extremely competitive and narrow margin business. I am considering limited, hand made production runs of our dressings for friends, family and special events so let me know if you gotta have more! -Cash Reynolds

It's official! Our new mascot "Kobe the Cat" will be featured in this year's Portland Rose Festival Grand Parade and Mascots for a Cure's Guinness Book world record attempt for "most mascots in one place at one time"! June 7th on Fox television. See you there!
