Our coffee is freshly roasted each day in small controlled batches using an infrared Primo roaster at our high-tech roasting facility in Eugene, Oregon. This roasting method guarantees evenly roasted beans for a smooth and bold flavor and leads to lower acidity levels, eliminating burnt or bitter tastes.
