Had the opportunity to meet Esteve Barniol Fito at the shop today. Esteve owns Puig-Fito S.L, a charcuterie in Barcelona, Spain. He enjoyed our Catalan Fuet, and to me, that was one of the best compliments I’ve received. Thank you Esteve and we hope you enjoyed Eureka Springs!

WE MAKE SALAMI! 42 different flavors, 6 out at a time- they rotate constantly and are shelf stable. We also make multiple Summer Sausages and Snack Sticks. We carry fresh cheese curds and Amish and Mennonite cheeses. Charcuterie boxes are made with a days notice- give us a call or stop by!
