Hi Eureka & my Foodie Fan-Friends.
I generally don't share these types of posts. So PLEASE forgive my absence and extend some grace for Glenda The Greek Food Truck. We are not opening today. "Tzatziki Tuesday" is postponed till next Tuesday.
I need one more "down day" at home.
I'm pushing ego aside & fighting myself to ignore that part of me that says I must open because I want consistency for Our foodie fan-freinds.
But I'm listening and staying out of Glenda for on more day.
Today isn't Keep it Simple Keep it Greek. Its a Keep it healthy Keep it safe.
See all my people's Wednesday tomorrow.

☆Update- got home very late, meds doubled up on. Dr. Baffled likewise as to cause of my crazy BP fluctuation. So as the world turns take it easy take it slow follow up with my GP.

☆Oh the excitement, just a little blip on my Radar. Feeling wonky enough to take a trip to Berryville and it's not for a Sonic late night run. BP of the upper 200's to the low 100"s and everything inbetween without reason. Better safe than sorry as I'm now counting ceiling tiles.
I arrived a bit b4 10pm so anyone's guess when I'll leave is a roll of the dice.

HEADS UP 🌪:

We will have to watch western Arkansas for an isolated tornado risk for tomorrow as a weak midlevel disturbance moves northeastward from Oklahoma into Missouri

Although we are NOT expecting an tornado outbreak, a weak/brief spinup could be possible with any storm that gets strong enough!

Broad timing will be from 1 PM - 10 PM before things come to an end (specific timing map will be posted later today!)
