Farmer Joe's Microgreens is back! This year we will be doing our home delivery service, two different farmer's markets local to us, and expanding into restaurant, grocery, and distribution sales.

Another great day growing microgreens 🌱 We're really excited for what the future holds here at Farmer Joe's Microgreens. We just relaunched our home delivery service and are happily growing for our customers right now.

This year we are planning on doing two different farmer's market that are local to us. This will be a fun way to get the word out and meet people in the community.

We're starting to grow micro-herbs and other microgreens for local restaurants and can't wait to see our micros on plates.

The Farmer Joe's Microgreens label and logo will be changing soon, to evolve into something you're more likely to see at a grocery store as we pursue these bigger accounts.

Microgreens are the core of this business, but I want to expand into other things too. The leftover waste from the harvested microgreens trays creates a rooty nutrient dense snack for chickens and other livestock. I want to create a system that utilities the waste from the microgreens, along with growing some of their feed, to greatly cut down on the expense of chicken feed and creating a more tasty egg.... First I need to get some chickens though 😋

😋 The broccoli microgreens have made it out of germination for next weeks delivery! They spend 3 days in germination, then about 7-8 days under the lights. The rest of the crops will be making it onto the rack in the next couple days. Thank you to everyone who ordered last week!
