I made some delicious pumpkin chili tonight. Here is the recipe:
1med onion chopped
1 small green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 lb of ground beef
1 cup of puree pumpkin
1can of tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 can of white kidney beans

I served it over pasta.
