We are hiring for a Class A Delivery Driver-
Class A License Required.
Position is Tuesday - Friday. Approximately Four 10 hour shifts.
Wholesale beverage distributor seeking driver to deliver and stock products in retail accounts. Must possess strong customer service skills. Local routes, no overnights. Full time, competitive wages, excellent benefits (health, dental, life, 401K, profit sharing), paid holiday's and paid vacation. Must have clean driving record. $32.00 per hour DOE and license. Position Summary:
To efficiently deliver the right products to customer accounts, in a professional, safe and timely manner.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 175 pounds
• Accurate collection of company assets to include payments, empty kegs, pallets, etc.
• Operate all equipment in a safe, responsible and professional manner.
• Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the shift supervisor, co-workers and other departments on work-related issues in a timely manner.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Experience with a handheld ordering device.
• Prior grocery store experience, including stocking, product handling, and local delivery and uploading experience.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in beverage delivery preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
