This review stopped me in my tracks. 🥹🩷

When I started Coco’s Sweet Treats, it was never just about cotton candy. It was about creating those little moments of magic - the excitement on a child’s face, the laughter shared as the sugar begins to spin, and the simple memories that families carry with them long after the last bite is gone.

Larissa, thank you for trusting me to create this moment for your boys and for taking the time to put it into such beautiful words. Knowing that something I did brought this much happiness into your home means more to me than I could ever adequately express.

And while I often say “we” when talking about Coco’s, the truth is that behind the messages, the planning, the spinning, the deliveries, the late nights, and every detail in between—it’s me (and sometimes an extra hand from Andrew or my Mom 😅) … Just one mama building a little business around her family, hoping to bring a little more sweetness into yours.

✨ A Sweet New Season for Coco’s Sweet Treats ✨

When Coco’s first began, there were weekends when you could find us at five different events - and we loved every opportunity to share a little sweetness with our community.

But as Coco’s has grown alongside our family, we’ve realized just how important it is to grow intentionally. Our little girl is growing quickly, and we want to remain present for these precious years while continuing to build something meaningful for her future.

Coco’s isn’t going anywhere. 🩷 We are still committed to bringing the sweetest treats for you and your family to enjoy, celebrate and bond over - we’re simply entering a season that looks a little different.

This fall, you’ll find us at a limited number of carefully selected public events, including familiar favorites like Whimsy Market and Light Up Ocala! Our complete fall event schedule will be released soon so you’ll know exactly where to find us.

We’re also introducing something new! Approximately twice a month, we’ll release limited-edition flavor drops featuring handcrafted cotton candy flavors created right here at Coco’s. Quantities will be limited, so you’ll want to act quickly to reserve yours! Orders can be picked up at the Fresh Market at Ferran or through another coordinated pickup. We are also still available for private events and also homeschool lessons - pending schedule availability. 💕

As we grow, learn and lean further into our family, we are endlessly grateful for every person who continues to support this little business. Every order, event booking, share and kind word helps us create a future for our family - and perhaps build something we can pass down to Ev one day. 🥹

🍭✨ Calling all homeschool groups, co-ops, and curious little creators! ✨🍭

Coco’s Sweet Treats is bringing the magic of cotton candy into the classroom! 🎪☁️

We are now booking our Coco’s Cotton Candy Science Experience - a fun, hands-on program designed for homeschool groups and co-ops that combines learning, creativity, and a little sweetness. 💕

During this 1–1.5 hour experience, students will:

🔬 Learn the science behind cotton candy and discover how simple sugar transforms into fluffy clouds of sweetness
🎨 Create their own dream cotton candy cone through a fun coloring activity
🍭 Learn the process of making cotton candy (with hands-on cone-making opportunities available based on age and group readiness)
✨ Eat their very own delicious cotton candy creation!

This isn’t just a sweet treat - it’s a chance for kids to explore science, spark creativity, and make memories together.

We bring the experience to YOU! Whether you’re part of a homeschool co-op, learning pod, community group, or educational gathering, Coco’s Sweet Treats would love to be part of your day.

Last year Coco’s created a variety pack where the profits went to benefit Beckett’s Legacy . 💜

Today we are asking you to mark your calendars for their 5K on October 24th and to stay tuned for another special fundraiser for them. 💜

We’re back for Year 4

The 4th Annual Beckett’s Legacy 5K will take place on October 24, 2026— just four days after Beckett’s fourth birthday.

This year, our goal is to sponsor four mothers through The Finley Project’s program. That’s a fundraising goal of $7,220.

Over the past three years, because of this incredible community, we’ve raised more than $17,000 for The Finley Project: A Helping Hand for Grieving Moms, enough to help support nearly ten families navigating infant loss.

I honestly never imagined what this race would become.

Each year, it gives us an opportunity to remember Beckett, celebrate his life, and make sure his legacy continues to impact families who find themselves walking through the unimaginable.

The Finley Project cared for me in the days, weeks, months, and even years after losing Beckett. Supporting their mission has become one of my favorite ways to honor him, and I’m so thankful we get to do it together again this year.
