Are you feeling adventurous this week? I'm going to make a sourdough espresso chocolate loaf of bread. I will substitute coffee for the water, add a bit of sweetener to cut the bitterness of the coffee, and fold in a bunch of mini chocolate chips. It will be on this week's menu.

PRETZEL BITES have arrived! A few people have asked about including these on the menu. I have been developing a recipe for a few weeks and I even gave samples to a few people this week, but was not happy with the product. NOW I have perfected the process and can happily add these scrumptious bites to the menu. Available in two sizes. 1/2-pound bag for $5 or a small snack bag for $3.
