Introducing cinni minis. Mini cinnamon rolls for when you just need a bit of sweet. These are the same recipe as my regular cinnamon rolls, just smaller - in a 5oz pan. I went to Publix and photographed ingredients on sourdough bread. My sourdough bread contains flour, water, salt. That’s it. 3 ingredients. My soft sourdough contains flour, water, salt, honey and extra virgin olive oil. Only 5 ingredients. No chemicals or preservatives.
