Hey! Quick message! Although I put myself on camera and don’t mind being filmed, guys PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ask my staff if they’d like to be on camera before filming them.

Film the cakes, film the store, film me, but I just ask that you give them the courtesy of saying yay or nay of being on camera. They are there to do a great job but they didn’t sign up to be on social media so just a “hey, can I film you?” would be great!

Another Fall favorite is coming to the menu this week!
Salted Caramel Apple!

Delicious brown sugar and cinnamon cheesecake, topped with salted caramel, apple filling and a cinnamon oat crumble! It’s then drizzled with caramel.

It may be almost 100 degrees outside but close your eyes while eating and imagine the cool, crisp, weather 🤣

AWARD WINNER!

A little backstory on how this one came to be, I was asked to participate in a local bake off with other amazing bakeries. I came up with the sweet potato cheesecake with the toasted marshmallow topping because I wanted to convey my culture. As an African American woman, growing up, we had sweet potato pie or sweet potato soufflé around holidays. I wanted to combine both along with of course…cheesecake. It ended up being the award winner for best dessert along with a permanent spot on the holiday menu rotation!

If you haven’t tried the award winning sweet potato cheesecake, you definitely should next week! It’s a beautiful vanilla bean cheesecake with a sweet potato pie on top. It’s then topped with a Swiss meringue and toasted to give you that marshmallowy goodness!
